Return Policy

As you are our valued customer, we are committed to providing you with the best possible online shopping experience. We want you enjoy your item after purchase, but if you find that something is not right, you can return your item for an exchange or for store credit. However, there are some restrictions as follows:

Return date

All requests for refunds must be made within 15 days of receipt with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any returns made to without RMA number, will not be accepted as a refund and we will not be responsible for returned packages.

Item Condition for Return & Exchange

Items must be in new and unused condition and contain all original packaging. If the item is opened, there will be 15% restocking fee for return & exchange. If you want to exchange, return your item with RMA number and then, reorder with store credit of the item you returned; we will not cover any shipping charge for your exchange.

Returns with Promotion Gift.

If you received a promotional gift with your purchase, you must send your item along with the promotional gift to receive a refund; your promotional gift also must be in new and unused condition.

Defective Items

While unlikely, there may be some defective items due to manufacturers. All defective items must be returned in the original package with RMA number. In this case, we will cover your return shipping cost and the 2nd shipping cost.

Things you need to know

If you've received your order with free shipping and chose to return all or part of it so that the items you kept do not qualify for free shipping altogether, the corresponding shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount.

Items damaged by improper care & misuse.
Damaged items during transit from delivery.
Unfortunately any stolen packages during delivery process.
Any shipping cost for exchange.

Return Procedure

Please send your package back to return address provided via the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or any other service. We are not responsible for items not received or damage done by any of the mailing services you have used.

1. Send us an email to provide following information.
Order Number
Item Being Returned
Reason for the Return

2. You will receive RMA number shortly. Ship your return to us within 7 days of receiving your RMA#.

3. When you pack your item, be sure to use bubble wrap or similar to secure your item and avoid any damages. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package so it can be seen clearly.

5. Ship to the following address.

6. Your refund will be processed in 7~ 14 business days after receipt of the return.
